C21 Literature: journal of 21st-century writings is seeking new deputy editors to help direct and shape the production and future of the journal. 

C21 Literature is an international peer-reviewed open access BACLS-affiliated journal dedicated to the study of new writings. More information on the journal can be found on our site:

C21 Literature: Journal of 21st-Century Writings About this Journal. C21 Literature: Journal of 21st-century Writings is the journal of the British Association for Contemporary Literary Studies (BACLS).The journal is dedicated to examining the genres, forms of publication, and circulation of 21st-century writings.

The role of deputy editor/s requires some prior experience of editorial work, peer review or academic writing and communications. 

There is scope for more than one deputy editor to divide the workload so the role will not be too onerous. 

We would therefore encourage a broad field of interest, even from those who already have administrative roles. 

Expressions of interest of no more than 300 words with accompanying CVs should be send to editor Prof Katy Shaw by 10th December at katy3.shaw@northumbria.ac.uk
